During a special called meeeting, the board of education, in addition to other business, awarded a contract to CenturyLink. The total amount of the contract is $235,191.90.
The contract is to install in all classrooms throughout the district a total of two hundred and forty-four (244) wireless access points. This is the second phase of the wireless project that began with the 2011-2012 school year. All work will be completed over the summer so as not to disrupt classroom instructional time.
